About the event
Commemorate Remembrance Day at the War Memorial Gardens on Cross Street in Monk Bretton. The Parade will leave the Methodist Church on High Street at 10:45, proceed to the War Memorial for a short Act of Remembrance, including the Last Post and laying of wreaths. If you wish to lay a wreath in memory you are more than welcome to do so. You can either join the parade or join us at the War Memorial. Following the Act of Remembrance the parade will continue to St Paul's Church for a Service of Remembrance, followed by refreshments in the Parish Centre. All are cordialy invited to attend.
