About the event
All current and former members of any section of the Scouting Movement (Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorer Scouts, Wolf Cubs, Venture Scouts, Rover Scouts and Senior Scouts) are invited to renew their promise at St Paul's Church . This simple service will be followed by all members parading to the Group HQ on Rotherham Road.
The promise is based around three main principles;
Duty to God (or one's Faith}
Duty to the Community (expressed in the person of the King)
Duty to oneself.
